About Andrew PRATHER

Andrew Prather has over 15 years of experience in construction management and engineering-related consulting. Mr. Prather assists clients on construction and project management assignments, claims analysis and preparation, and litigation services. Mr. Prather specializes in the estimating and analysis of project costs on a wide variety of projects in varied industry sectors. He has performed hundreds of cost estimates for project owners, engineers, and contractors throughout the United States. In addition, Mr. Prather has considerable experience assessing damages and losses following disasters. His professional experience prior to SOCOTEC includes construction management fieldwork and design experience in residential and commercial  construction. He also prepared technical reports and oral presentations detailing the embodiment, system testing, performance, and patents associated with design. Mr. Prather holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
