About Chris HANVEY
Chris Hanvey is a Certified Cost Professional with over 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. Mr. Hanvey has extensive experience in construction management and project controls including project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project management. Mr. Hanvey’s experience extends to a variety of project types including residential, commercial, infrastructure/transportation, educational, institutional, governmental, industrial, offshore/marine, energy, LNG, oil & gas, and pipelines.
Mr. Hanvey is experienced with a wide range of engineering and project delivery methods, such as design-bid-build, design-build, EPC, EPIC, Maintenance, Turnaround, Unit Price, Lump Sum, Guaranteed Maximum, and Cost Reimbursable. Mr. Hanvey has provided advisory work, construction management, and project controls work on numerous domestic and international projects. On matters involving disputes, Mr. Hanvey has successfully assisted clients with construction claim preparation and analysis, mediation, litigation and arbitration services.
Mr. Hanvey has been designated and testified as an expert in construction-related matters and presented damage quantifications to the United States Army Corps of Engineers. He has also been designated and testified as a damages expert in State court and the American Arbitration Association.

Prior to his current position, Mr. HANVEY was a Executive Vice President at Synergen Consulting International which was acquired by SOCOTEC in 2019. Mr. HANVEY was previously employed at Interface Consulting International, LLC, and Hanvey Construction Management, Inc.
