About Johnny HOLSTEAD
John Holstead has over 30 years of construction industry experience with specialization in scheduling, estimating, and project controls. His focus relies heavily on construction management, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, schedule maintenance/integration, project cost reporting, and cost impact and earned value analysis on complex and large-scale projects. Mr. Holstead’s experience includes numerous nationwide assignments in the commercial, transportation, infrastructure, heavy civil, and residential sectors. Mr. Holstead’s experience also includes negotiation of contracts, zoning and entitlement, and the design process of facilities.
Mr. Holstead has provided expert testimony on numerous construction-related matters. He has served in numerous leadership roles as Managing Director, Vice President, Senior Project Manager, Senior Scheduler managing day-to-day operations, and numerous staff members for companies such as Austin Commercial, JPI, Erickson Retirement Communities, Landis Construction, and Flex. Mr. Holstead holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction from the University of Louisiana-Monroe, and a Master of Science in construction management from Texas A&M University.

Mr. HOLSTEAD was previously employed at McCullough & Associates, Erickson Retirement Communities, Austin Commercial, Inc., Flextronics Network Services, JPI, and Northlake Community College.
