Lisa Buck provides project advisory and dispute resolution services related to pre-dispute claim support and construction litigation disputes. Her early field-related experience occurred at industrial and commercial project sites throughout the United States and Bahrain, and included contract administration, cost control, subcontract management, estimating, project closeout, and other project management-related aspects of project execution. Applying her job site project experience to her construction consulting, Lisa provides advisory services during various phases of troubled projects and specializes in forensic analysis and litigation support related to quantification of damages, contract performance, calculation of project delay, evaluation of contract management, as well as construction audits for owners, contractors, and subcontractors.
