Mr. Sides is a Senior Managing Director with over 35 years of industrial experience. He has led businesses in Singapore, the United Kingdom, Japan, China and the United States. Mr. Sides’ experience includes leadership roles in business operations, strategic planning, acquisition integration and commercial risk management. He has a track record of building high-performance global teams, expanding geographical reach, increasing profitability and optimizing investment returns. Mr. Sides had substantial experience interacting with boards of directors, investors, analysts and the banking community.
Mr. Sides provides risk management and claim analysis for new and ongoing projects., Mr. Sides is a key member of the Leadership team providing technical and commercial expertise in the multifamily, power, mining, infrastructure segments. Mr. Sides also serves as the Operations Leader for the firm’s Project Risk Management (PRM) practice.

Mr. SIDES was previously employed at Aluma Systems, Inc. Sole Source Capital, LLC, Boart Longyear, and General Electric Company Energy Products Business & Energy Services Business.
