SOCOTEC USA's Tampa US Customs & Border Protection project has achieved LEED v4 NC Certification Level
SOCOTEC is excited to share the achievement of reaching LEED v4 NC Certification Level for the Tampa US Customs & Border Protection project.
The facility is a New Construction, one-story building with fit-out offices to support the Administration and Security departments at the Tampa International Airport. The main sustainability features on this building are Energy Savings of 20%, Full Low-Emitting Materials Package on v4.1, Life Cycle Assessment and Air testing for PM and TVOC.
