About Kimberly LAUHOFF
Kimberly Lauhoff has over 16 years of experience in engineering, financial, and construction management consulting and advisory services. Ms. Lauhoff performs detailed forensic cost and schedule analysis, root cause analysis, audits, and financial evaluations on complex domestic and international projects across numerous industry sectors.
She has served as an owner’s representative evaluating progress and performance of construction projects, evaluating productivity, and quantifying the costs of delay and disruption. Similarly, she has served on construction and project management teams providing the professional services in these areas.
Prior to joining SOCOTEC, Ms. Lauhoff was involved in process and facilities engineering on Federal projects. Ms. Lauhoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
