About Bill DAUGETTE
Mr. Daugette has over 30 years of experience in construction and project management and consulting on projects both domestically and internationally. His consulting experience includes in-depth analysis of as-planned and as-built schedules, critical path delay analysis, and cost/productivity analysis for numerous projects including power, manufacturing, food service, aircraft, and commercial sectors.
Mr. Daugette provides claims analysis expertise including complex as-built schedules, productivity data, and cost/labor data analysis. He utilizes proven methods and tools to analyze causation by quantifying and visually expressing both schedules and data by using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Tableau, Visio, and Power Point for communicating with clients and project team members.
