
About Marissa VAISH
Ms. Vaish collaborates with renowned architects, engineers and developers to design and implement aesthetically integrated, goal-oriented renewable systems that strengthen the building’s brand identity. She coordinates with SOCOTEC’s sustainability, building envelope and energy teams to identify opportunities for renewable energy system integration. A Registered Architect, Ms. Vaish has over 15 years of experience in sustainable design and project development, with a specialty in renewable energy systems and building-integrated photovoltaics.
Previously, she oversaw the project design team of a renewable energy integrator. Her completed projects range from 2 kW to 2 MW of field, rooftop and building-integrated photovoltaic and wind systems including at Liberty Green and Liberty Luxe in Battery Park City, a World Cup Stadium in Brazil and a multi-building PPA project for the City of New York.
