About Wayne HUBBARD
Mr. Hubbard is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, including insurance claims investigations, forensic failure analysis and litigation services. He has testified in various dispute resolution forums including state courts, mediation and arbitration proceedings. Additionally, he has a background in facility operations, project management and MEP design.
Mr. Hubbard conducts on-site inspections and investigations of building system construction and operation defects including HVAC systems, building operating systems, pipe failures, corrosion and building moisture issues including mold. He has investigated mechanical system and building envelope design and construction failures throughout the country and has provided redesign and construction oversight for many of the projects.
Mr. Hubbard has investigated a wide range of construction site and building accidents and injuries involving scaffolding, elevators, compressors, power saws, water jets and automatic doors.
Mr. Hubbard has a background in mechanical systems design for buildings. Projects include Stonybrook University Research Labs, New York City’s Guggenheim Museum and California’s Getty Center.
