Mr. Freeman has more than 30 years of experience in construction management services. His experience includes claims analysis, project management, contracts administration, dispute resolution, and litigation support for a variety of complex engineering, construction and information technology projects. Mr. Freeman has been retained by owners, contractors, and subcontractors to provide expert consulting services on commercial, industrial, infrastructure, institutional, and power projects. He has testified as an expert in deposition and arbitration and has participated in numerous settlement conferences, mediations, and arbitrations.
Based on his experience in project management and dispute resolution, Mr. Freeman also provides project advisory and risk management services for new and ongoing projects. These services include RFP and contract document review, project controls, master scheduling, progress analysis and reporting, labor analysis, and cost and change analysis. In these engagements, Mr. Freeman has assisted with the contemporaneous evaluation and resolution of claims when they arise, which frequently mitigates the resulting cost and schedule impacts to the project.
