Published since 1987, Florida Community Association Journal, continues to provide news and vital information to operators of condominiums, homeowners associations, cooperatives, and other multi-unit communities every month. The magazine has earned the reputation of being the industry’s most authoritative voice. The Florida Community Association Journal’s Reader’s Choice Award is no exception, set as the gold standard for association providers.
For the last nine years, FLCAJ has been recognizing local businesses for their Readers' Choice Awards. In total, there were more than 240 nominations, over 10,000 votes cast and 200+ service providers recognized. The levels of recognition are categorized in 3 tiers from highest to lowest; Diamond, Platinum & Gold. Rank is awarded based on the number of votes received.
