Vidaris, Inc. Acquires Synergen Consulting International LLC

New York, NY (July 11, 2018). Vidaris, Inc. affiliate, IBA Holdings, LLC, (Vidaris) announced today that it has acquired Synergen Consulting International, LLC (Synergen).  

Vidaris is a leading A/E/C consultancy for building envelope, energy efficiency, specialty engineering, dispute resolution, code compliance, and construction administration. Synergen is a leading expert consultancy in forensic and risk analysis, claims and litigation consulting, and international arbitration. The partnership will significantly broaden both practices and expand Vidaris’ footprint into the Southwestern U.S. Synergen will operate as a business unit of Vidaris under the continuing leadership of its President, Bryan Byrd.
