About David B. McGrath
David B. McGrath, CAC, LRC is a Principal Environmental Scientist and Division Manager at Ninyo & Moore’s Denver office. He has more than 35 years of consulting and regulatory compliance experience in industrial hygiene, environmental management, and litigation/expert witness services, with extensive expertise throughout the Western states and Rocky Mountain Region. His client base includes public and private sector entities of all sizes, where he has managed environmental programs, compliance services, and technical investigations.
Mr. McGrath earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Kansas and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco. He has also published legal and technical journal articles addressing asbestos issues, including U.S. EPA prosecution of violations related to polarized light microscopy (PLM) testing.
