About Duane ELLIS
Mr. Ellis has over a decade of construction project management experience across multiple market sectors including multifamily, education, and information technology. He has a proven track record of working with clients and other project stake holders to deliver quality and timely projects through his expertise in planning, scheduling, estimating, cost control, change order management, and project close out.
Mr. Ellis has implemented strategies to turn around projects hampered by cost overruns and/or delays He relies heavily on his knowledge in the life safety component of building systems to hit milestones critical to achieving a certificate of occupancy. Based on his experience, he can Identify defects and quality issues in building and building projects and provide critical analysis to implement solutions to maximize his client’s assets.
Additionally, Mr. Ellis leverages his expertise to protect client’s real estate assets by evaluating their current conditions. His development of maintenance plans for building components provides clients with the tools to make informed decisions about maintaining, repairing or replacing assets.
Prior to working in the construction industry, Mr. Ellis served his nation honorably for seven years in the United States Air Force and three additional years in the Florida National Guard.
