About Kjell-Erick Carlson
Mr. Carlson is a Managing Director at SOCOTEC Advisory in Atlanta, Georgia. He has over thirty years of experience in the construction and architecture industries, he has an in-depth understanding of design and the building sciences. He has a proven track record of leading large teams of owners, design professionals and contractors from initial design concept through
project completion.
With his architectural experience, Mr. Carlson provides dispute resolution and advisory services to owners, contractors, designers and government agencies. He has a comprehensive knowledge of construction materials and methods, contract documents and administration, building codes and architectural detailing. Project experience spans many sectors including, mixed-use, high-rise multi-family, wood frame over concrete podium, municipal, hospitality, senior housing, aerospace, office, educational and retail.
