About Marcus BUTTERLY

Mr. Butterly is a Principal in the Dallas office of SOCOTEC. Mr. Butterly has consulted on construction related disputes including delay, disruption, acceleration, cost accounting and reporting, defective work, and scope change.  These engagements have encompassed a wide variety of projects including, power plants, pipeline construction, performing arts centers, wastewater treatment plants, high-rise buildings, dam construction, schools, transit and truck maintenance facilities, LNG terminals, bridges, and airports. Mr. Butterly completed ASME pipeline engineering courses for Design, Construction and Assessment, In-Line Inspection and Integrity Management.

Marcus BUTTERLY is a Principal at SOCOTEC and has held various other positions within the organization since 2004. Prior to his current position, Mr. BUTTERLY was a Vice President at Veritas Advisory Group, Inc. which was acquired by SOCOTEC in 2020.  Mr. BUTTERLY was previously employed at O2 Wireless. Winstar Communications, Carter & Burgess, and Jerald W Kinkel Consulting Engineers.
