About Randall KRAMM
Mr. Kramm has extensive experience providing surveying services for complex transportation, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. His work includes leading field and office survey efforts for roadway corridors, bridges, transit facilities, trails, and dam infrastructure, utilizing conventional surveying, GPS, and advanced 3D laser scanning technologies.
He regularly supports multidisciplinary design teams through topographic surveys, control and alignment staking, utility mapping, Right-of-Way support, and construction layout services. In his leadership roles, Mr. Kramm oversees quality control, coordinates survey activities with engineers and agencies, and ensures accurate, reliable data to support planning, design, and construction activities.

Mr. Randall KRAMM is Survey Manager of AEG, a SOCOTEC Company, with more than 19 years of industry experience. He joined SOCOTEC in 2026 through the acquisition of AEG, where he spent over 5 years, developing expertise in Surveying, Transportation Infrastructure and Project Management.
