About Robert WHEELER, PG, CEG
Mr. Robert Wheeler has 40 years of experience providing geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, and forensic services throughout the western United States. He has been responsible for managing geotechnical and geologic evaluations; supervising project and staff-level geologists and engineers; conducting geologic hazards evaluations, including fault and landslide studies; performing detailed geologic reconnaissance studies, geologic field mapping, analysis of stereoscopic aerial photographs, and detailed logging of exploratory soil and rock core borings, earth fissures, and fault trenches; and authoring and reviewing geotechnical and geologic reports.
For the past 25 years, Mr. Wheeler has specialized in geotechnical forensic evaluations in California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Washington, Hawaii, Oregon, Utah, and Oklahoma. Mr. Wheeler has served as an expert and has testified at both mediations and arbitrations.
