About Sean MOLLOHAN
Mr. Mollohan’s Principal focus is geotechnical engineering and pavement design. He has developed pavement subgrade subsurface investigation programs and recommended design parameters and pavement sections for a variety of projects, including the widening, rehabilitation, and reconstruction of major and minor interstates, expressways, access ramps, and major and minor arterial roadways, collectors, and local roads. Pavement designs have included full-depth concrete and flexible pavement sections, pavement overlays, Life Cycle Cost Analyses, and the analysis and rehabilitation of existing HMA and concrete pavements. He knows the DARWin program and the submission requirements for PennDOT- and FHWA-approved pavement designs.

Mr. Sean MOLLOHAN is Assistant Director of Geotechnical Services/Senior Geotechnical Engineer of AEG, a SOCOTEC Company, with more than 32 years of industry experience. He joined SOCOTEC in 2026 through the acquisition of AEG, where he spent over 26 years, developing expertise in Geotechnical Engineering, Project Management and Pavement Design.
