PROJECT DETAILS:
Provided non-litigious project support and assisted client to perfect and present a fully reasoned position to the opposing party.
The project experienced disruption and additional labor effort caused by a magnitude of changes on the project due to failure to adequately process submitted change orders and respond to client in a timely manner. Scope included contract negotiation, change management, cost analysis, schedule analysis. Successful resolution of $19 million in potential claims and restructuring of the contract from LS to reimbursable.
