A qualified and experienced Owner’s Project Manager (OPM), also known as an Owner’s Representative, is instrumental to the success of a construction project, especially for Municipalities, Building Owners, Property Managers and Developers who may be faced with stringent scheduling requirements, insufficient staffing, and/or limited budgets. Our OPM team is made up of Project Managers, Construction Managers, Architects, & Engineers, all with extensive expertise and experience in building and infrastructure construction projects. Our substantial platform of technical knowledge and experience has benefited hundreds of clients by delivering high performance, quality construction projects on schedule, under budget, and to the criteria and objectives of the tenants, users and communities they serve.
As the OPM, is it our role to monitor the performance of the project participants, advise our Client if there are signs of non-compliance or falling behind schedule and work with the team to make the necessary adjustments or corrections to keep the project on target.
