About Alfredo ''Tino'' RODRIGUEZ
As a Principal of Construction Services, Mr. Rodriguez oversees field inspectors and technicians and provides project management along with inspection services on highway and street improvement projects. He also delivers construction management for Caltrans and public works projects, as well as geotechnical observation and testing for large mass‑grading projects.
Mr. Rodriguez has extensive experience in geotechnical and materials testing and deputy inspection services across a wide range of public infrastructure projects. He is highly experienced with testing and inspection procedures and project close‑out requirements.
He performs quality control and inspection for underground utilities, foundations, and shoring construction. His laboratory experience includes concrete, soils, aggregates, and asphalt/concrete testing. As Inspection Services Manager, he provides technical oversight and training for both field and laboratory personnel.
