About Craig REES
Mr. Rees is responsible for coordinating construction services personnel and resources to optimize performance for each project. He oversees and supports Construction Services Project Managers in project planning and budget management, guides Field and Laboratory Supervisors in staff development and implementation, and works with Dispatchers to ensure qualified personnel and testing equipment are available to achieve project success.
With a focus on team development, Mr. Rees provides mentorship and training to staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. His leadership drives the successful implementation of innovative solutions, effective problem-solving, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Craig Rees is a Principal in Construction Services at SOCOTEC and has accumulated more than 28 years of industry experience, including more than 25 years with the firm. Prior to his current position, Mr. Rees played key roles in the management and coordination of construction materials testing, quality assurance, and field and laboratory oversight across government, transportation, water, and large-scale infrastructure projects. His experience includes supporting agencies, ensuring compliance, performance, and safety on complex development programs.
