About Craig REES

Mr. Rees is responsible for coordinating construction services personnel and resources to optimize performance for each project. He oversees and supports Construction Services Project Managers in project planning and budget management, guides Field and Laboratory Supervisors in staff development and implementation, and works with Dispatchers to ensure qualified personnel and testing equipment are available to achieve project success.

With a focus on team development, Mr. Rees provides mentorship and training to staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. His leadership drives the successful implementation of innovative solutions, effective problem-solving, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
