About Frank CARINO
Frank is one of the most innovative construction professionals in Florida with a reputation for fostering a team environment marked by collaboration, effective communication, and extraordinarily high standards.
He has more than a decade of construction experience in South Florida and has built a reputation among his colleagues for integrity and transparency. He’s known for his ability to lead teams that keep projects on schedule and within budget and for partnering with contractors and engineers in a manner that successfully keeps his projects on track.
Prior to joining SOCOTEC (Formerly DSS Condo, LLC), Frank spent seven years at FLC Concrete Restoration and Waterproofing as a senior project leader and client liaison.
Frank is a former ironman triathlete and though he no longer competes, he brings that same intensity and drive to his work at SOCOTEC.
Frank is fluent in English and Spanish.

Prior to his current position, Mr. CARINO was a Project Executive with DSS Condo, which was acquired by SOCOTEC in 2023, and previously employed with FLC - Concrete Restoration & Waterproofing, Rod Construction, and UniSelect.
