Mr. Wagner has over 47 years of surveying experience involving courthouse research, property boundary surveys, topographic surveys, railroad surveys, Right-of-Way plan support, and construction stakeout surveying. He also has many years of highway construction stakeout experience working on PennDOT, PTC, and municipality projects. He coordinates survey information between the field and office and implements specific quality control measures to ensure the accuracy of plans and data. Mr. Wagner has a great deal of experience in performing deed/record research.
