Throughout her career, Kerine held progressive leadership roles spanning code and planning, project management by providing strategic oversight for complex projects with multidisciplinary teams supporting commercial, retail, luxury residential and other high-profile developments. She brings extensive experience navigating the complexities of New York City’s regulatory and permitting environment, including building code compliance, Department of Buildings processes, filing strategy, approvals, inspections, and Certificate of Occupancy initiatives.
