About Lori BOCCADORO
Ms. Boccadoro assists the real estate industry in navigating the intricate NYC Building Codes and City agencies. Having served as President of Conversano Associates since 1999, she has tremendous experience overseeing both teams of code and zoning professionals and projects alike, filing over 600 projects for architects and engineers each year. Her responsibilities include: assigning project managers for various projects and overseeing work throughout project term; overseeing all activities of 20 full time employees; meeting with clients to help develop projects in compliance with Building and Zoning Codes prior to completion of architectural plans for submission to the City for review; on-site inspections to ascertain plan and Code compliances upon completion of projects; and, meeting with Commissioners and other City officials to negotiate work through various City agencies.
Ms. Boccadoro is an active member of the Code Consulting Council of New York.
