About Mark Reeser

As Director of Construction Services, Mr. Reeser is primarily responsible for the overall coordination of our materials testing and inspection services, personnel, and resources in order to ensure that project requirements are met. He oversees and assists the Construction Services Project Managers with technical approach and budget control; Field and Laboratory Supervisors with developing and implementing field and laboratory staff; and Construction Services Coordinators with providing qualified personnel and testing equipment.
