About Rajindra HANDAPANGODA
Mr. Rajindra Handapangoda has over 20 years of experience assisting with acquisition, documentation, and dissemination of data related to all phases of geotechnical investigations; supporting the compilation and analyses of geotechnical data obtained from both field and office research; assisting with technical tasks such as data compilation, calculations, analysis, and design for geotechnical design projects and/or repair recommendations; coordinating and supervising subsurface drilling activities; conducting investigations of subsurface conditions including site reconnaissance, mapping and logging of exploratory borings; coordinating with support staff including technical illustrators, field and laboratory technicians, and word processors; and preparing correspondence, permit re-quests, geotechnical reports and other documents.
Mr. Handapangoda also manages construction services projects for various sectors, including public works agencies, school and community college districts, transportation agencies, airports, and private sectors.
