Alberto Franceschet Joins SOCOTEC as Managing Director of New England to lead Building Envelope, Energy & Sustainability, and Code & Planning Service Lines
Alberto Franceschet will oversee all Building Envelope, Energy & Sustainability, Code & Planning, and Owner’s Project Management activity in the region, with a focus on developing relationships and providing solutions to clients across New England. With over 20 years of experience in the curtain wall industry, Alberto’s background and expertise within the engineering and pre-construction practice areas further strengthens SOCOTEC’s ATIC (Architectural Testing, Inspection, Certification) service offerings. Alberto will lead his team in Boston to offer building owners solutions for navigating complex envelope technologies to optimize the integrity and sustainability of their most critical assets.

Following his graduation in 1998 from the Università degli Studi di Padova in Italy with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Alberto worked for a worldwide leading curtain wall manufacturer for 20 years with multiple roles, including: Project Engineer, R&D team member, and General Manager, East Coast Operations.
