Jason McFadden joins SOCOTEC Advisory as Senior Managing Director

The leadership team at SOCOTEC is excited to announce that Jason McFadden has joined the Advisory team as a Senior Managing Director in Johns Creek, GA. McFadden brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with an emphasis on sports and entertainment.

“At SOCOTEC, we solve our clients’ most complex problems by leveraging our holistic team of experts,” McFadden said. “As a problem solver, I’m grateful to be chosen for this expanded leadership role. I plan to drive growth while serving our customers with our advisory & risk management services.”

Prior to joining SOCOTEC, McFadden most recently led Superior Rigging and Erecting’s business as a member of its senior executive team. He focused on long-term revenue strategy through upgraded internal system processes and communication. His technological aptitude shown through by implementing Power BI for enterprise- and department-level visual analytics. As well, he created risk mitigation strategies to remain compliant while improving project efficiency. McFadden is well versed in identifying market growth opportunities while serving client needs.

Senior Managing Director, Alan Sides, is eager to tap into McFadden’s expertise. “We are pleased to have Jason join the PA Practice in Johns Creek, reporting to Phil Roy,” Sides said. “He’ll be a valuable addition with his years of hands-on industry experience with blue-chip general contractors including Hayes, Turner, and Barton Malow.”

McFadden earned both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Architecture Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He then attended Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development. McFadden was later recognized with the Architectural Society of Architectural Engineers Early Career Impact Award from The Pennsylvania State University. He is known for his strong communication skills with owners, design teams, co-workers, and subcontractors alike. McFadden is also passionate about using technology to provide a more efficient and valuable product to clients

McFadden knows that a strong team is crucial to project success. “The unmatched reputation of the group led by David Pattillo and Phil Roy attracted me to this opportunity. I couldn’t be more excited to roll up my sleeves and work with the entire SOCOTEC team,” McFadden said.

McFadden is currently on assignment leading a project in New York for one of the City's largest insurance adjusters. He and his wife Patricia will be relocating from Orlando, FL to the Johns Creek area in the near future. Please join us in welcoming Jason to the team!
