The Challenge

Revitalizing Community Spaces Across Philadelphia

The Rebuild program is a transformative, multi-year capital initiative investing up to $500 million in the renovation of Philadelphia's parks, recreation centers, and libraries. Designed to improve facilities in neighborhoods with the greatest need, the initiative is funded through the Philadelphia Beverage Tax alongside public-private partnerships.

Beyond modernizing aging infrastructure, Rebuild seeks to create safer, more accessible community spaces while supporting economic opportunity and encouraging long-term neighborhood investment. The program encompasses a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from small-scale site improvements to the construction of entirely new community facilities.

Delivering improvements across 45 active sites required consistent engineering oversight, close coordination among multiple stakeholders, and rigorous quality control to maintain construction standards throughout every phase of work.
