Masonry restoration encompasses buildings with a variety of cladding materials (e.g., mortar, brick, terra cotta, cast stones, stucco, and concrete). After an initial investigation, we present the Owner with detailed recommendations for repairs, including budgetary estimates and a list of priorities to allow the Owner to make informed decisions regarding project scope. Landmark buildings require an even higher level of review.
