Mr. Lahiri oversees commissioning services, with over 25 years of experience in commissioning, field testing, technical assistance studies, and energy analyses. He has managed retro-commissioning & continuous commissioning for millions of square feet of residential and office space.
As a Subject Matter Expert, Mr. Lahiri has developed training materials for energy audits in collaboration with Portland Energy Conservation Institute for the Department of Energy.
His expertise includes:

- Inspections, post-occupancy evaluations and solutions
- Testing and monitoring to detect and remedy problems for HVAC and controls, for daylighting, air infiltration and ventilation
