About Jared RECLA
Mr. Recla provides oversight of the field technicians and inspection staff, as well as training of new employees and on new methods and policies. He is thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the standard test methods performed by a field technician and inspector, including in-place density, sieve analysis, and concrete strength testing.
He is also knowledgeable of special inspections required, including soils, reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, and spray-applied fire-proofing.
Mr. Recla is responsible for regular safety training meetings and maintains complete files of field and laboratory data, reports, and other project information, while ensuring communication with the Project Manager regarding all aspects of field operations.
