About Jeff DALGITY
Mr. Dalgity has extensive experience in geotechnical, materials testing and deputy inspection services on a wide range of public works projects. He is highly experienced in testing and inspection procedures and project close‑out requirements. He also performs quality control and inspection for underground utilities, foundations, and shoring construction, including tieback shoring and wall construction inspections. His laboratory testing experience includes concrete, soils, aggregates, and asphalt/concrete. As Inspection Services Manager, he provides technical oversight and training for field and laboratory technicians.

He joined SOCOTEC in 2025 through the acquisition of Ninyo & Moore, where he spent over 7 years, developing expertise in Construction Observation, Laboratory Test Review and Special Inspections.
