Mr. Nassimi is a distinguished code, zoning, and planning professional with over 12 years of specialized experience navigating complex New York City development regulations. Throughout his career he served as a senior leader responsible for directing zoning, building code, and Department of Buildings approval strategies for some of Manhattan's most prominent high-rise commercial and mixed-use developments.
His expertise spans the full development lifecycle from initial feasibility studies and due diligence through permit acquisition and Certificate of Occupancy, while managing multidisciplinary teams and serving as a trusted advisor to developers, architects, legal counsel, and municipal agencies.
