About Richard Maruzzi
Mr. Maruzzi serves as a Project Manager at AEG, a SOCOTEC Company, with specialized expertise in the design of ADA-compliant curb ramps, supporting numerous accessibility improvement projects. He brings a strong command of ADA standards and review criteria, enabling him to efficiently produce accurate, compliant designs without sacrificing quality. His familiarity with applicable guidelines allows him to streamline design development while meeting stringent regulatory requirements.
In addition to his ADA ramp expertise, Mr. Maruzzi has collaborated on a wide range of civil and transportation projects, including roadway realignments and widening, bridge and culvert replacements, sound barrier walls, parking layouts, and site enhancements. He is responsible for preparing and managing preliminary through final construction drawings for roadway construction, grading and drainage, erosion and sedimentation control, stormwater management, Right-of-Way, pavement marking and signing, traffic signals, detours, utilities, and cross sections. His experience also includes preparation of technical reports such as stormwater management plans, Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) analyses, Incident Response Manuals, and NPDES permit applications.
