SOCOTEC Opens a New Office and Construction Materials Testing Laboratory in Nashville
SOCOTEC has opened a new office and laboratory in Nashville, expanding our local capabilities in Tennessee and strengthening the support we provide across the region.
Led by Ramy Habib Bekheet, PE, PMP, RMP, our Nashville team brings local, on-the-ground support for projects at every stage with:
- Construction Materials Testing (Field and Laboratory): concrete, soils, aggregates, asphalt, and masonry
- Special Inspections (Third-Party): reinforced concrete and post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, masonry, fireproofing and firestopping, soils and foundations
- Geotechnical Services: subsurface investigation, geotechnical analysis and design, pavement design, earthwork observation and testing
- Building Performance & Compliance: energy and sustainability, fire and life safety, and envelope consulting
- Project Advisory: project and contract management, and more advisory services
- Related services that keep projects on schedule and built to specification
The office is positioned to support a wide range of projects located in Tennessee, from commercial, mixed-use and residential developments to hospitality, healthcare and industrial facilities, data centers, infrastructure and transportation projects, and energy and utilities.
