The Challenge

Expanding McKesson’s Northeast Distribution Network

Originally known as Project Blackhawk, the new facility was developed as a major Northeast hub for McKesson Corporation, a leading North American provider of pharmaceutical and medical-surgical supplies.

The facility formed part of McKesson’s broader strategy to strengthen its long-term distribution network infrastructure and extend market coverage across the region. The development was also designed to incorporate state-of-the-art technology and automation, supporting future productivity and quality improvements.

Constructing a major distribution center involved multiple site, structural, and infrastructure components progressing through different phases of work. Each stage required appropriate verification to confirm that construction activities and materials met applicable project and building requirements.

The project therefore called for technical expertise capable of addressing a wide range of construction elements while supporting consistent quality control from the ground up.

The Solution
