The Mirbeau Inn & Spa was developed to bring a luxury hospitality and wellness destination to New York's scenic Hudson Valley. Situated on a 2.5-acre site in Rhinebeck, the 76,000-square-foot facility combines upscale accommodations, meeting and event spaces, dining venues, and an expansive spa designed to provide a premium guest experience.
The development includes 50 guest rooms, each featuring premium amenities such as fireplaces, walk-in showers, and claw-foot tubs. The property also offers 3,000 square feet of meeting and conference space, a Bistro and Wine Bar, a restaurant managed by renowned chef Charlie Palmer, and a dedicated 12,000-square-foot spa and fitness center with treatment rooms, thermal wellness facilities, and year-round amenities. The project also incorporates both underground and surface parking to accommodate guests and visitors featuring a 48-space parking garage and 44 surface parking spaces.
