About Sarah ROMMELMANN
Ms. Rommelmann has over 9 years of experience in consulting on numerous matters involving construction cost and scheduling disputes. She has been involved in the analysis of construction claim issues on commercial, residential, and public works projects, including luxury hotels and residences, stadiums, airports, hospitals, convention centers, heavy industrial, transportation systems, and other special use facilities. Ms. Rommelmann has worked on consulting engagements with owners, architects/engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors during her career.
Ms. Rommelmann’s experience on construction claims covers forensic schedule analysis including delay, acceleration, labor productivity, schedule changes, adverse weather, material availability and delivery, design changes, submittal and approval timing, and termination issues.
Ms. Rommelmann has provided cost review services, including analysis of project estimates, job cost reports, and change orders. She has used her analysis to determine the reasonableness of the project estimate, allowable cost, and appropriateness of project billings.
Ms. Rommelmann has also assisted in the development of recovery and completion schedules and provided schedule review services including peer reviews, progressing, and the development of fragnet activities.
