About Andrew GRACEFFA
Andrew Graceffa brings over 20 years of experience delivering projects for cultural institutions, multi-family residential buildings, commercial interiors, schools, and large urban developments throughout the Northeast—particularly in New York and Massachusetts. As an architect and seasoned project manager, he specializes in applying environmentally conscious and net-zero design strategies, along with advanced materials research, to complex projects in these key markets.
As Principal, Andrew leads a team of 25+ leading Energy and Sustainability professionals, maintaining SOCOTEC’s longstanding client relationships while driving growth in building decarbonization and sustainability across Boston and New York.
He has been a LEED Accredited Professional BD+C for more than 16 years, is a Fitwel Ambassador, an accredited Green Globes Professional, and a Certified Passive House Consultant, in addition to being a Registered Architect.
Through his extensive experience delivering well-designed, coordinated, and detailed projects, Andrew brings a collaborative approach to sustainable design and construction, helping clients achieve their sustainability objectives while navigating the evolving landscape of energy and carbon reduction.

Andrew GRACEFFA is a Principal and Director of Energy Services at SOCOTEC and has held various other positions within the organization since 2007. Prior to his current position, Mr. GRACEFFA was a Director of Energy Services at Vidaris, Inc. & formerly Viridian Energy & Environmental which was acquired by SOCOTEC in 2019. Mr. GRACEFFA was previously employed at JLL PDS, Mark Finlay Architects and OKW Architects.
