About William Callahan
As leader of SOCOTEC’s Roofing and Waterproofing department, and with more than 10 years with the firm, Mr. Callahan has inspected the field progress of roofing and waterproofing installations, has performed and assisted with leak investigations, repairs, re-roofs and new roof construction, and has prepared and reviewed construction documents for both existing buildings and new construction projects of various asset types.

Professional Experience
William Callahan began his career at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, where he worked as a Project Engineer. He joined Vidaris in 2015 (acquired by SOCOTEC in 2019) and has progressed through roles including Inspector, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Associate, and Senior Associate. In 2025, he was appointed Director of Roofing & Waterproofing.
