Buildings account for about a third of global greenhouse gas emissions and municipalities have enacted strict laws to help reduce this burden.  In conjunction with other SOCOTEC divisions, we assist owners with obtaining jurisdictional approvals on energy code compliance.  Our experts can assist project teams with resolving highly technical plan exam comments and can provide feedback to project teams to bolster their energy code review submissions – even being able to assist with vesting prior to energy code changes by ensuring permit applications are complete.
