About Alexis SCHLESSINGERMAN
Alexis Schlessingerman is a multi-state licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Construction Manager with over 18 years of experience as a Director, Project Manager, Design Manager, Special Inspector Director, Mechanical Engineer, Construction Manager, and Project Controls Manager. At heart, he is an Engineer with many years of hands-on experience in construction, engineering, and program management of large civil mechanical, heating, structural, and utility upgrade projects.
Mr. Schlessingerman has been involved with Mechanical Design Projects including NYCHA Taft Houses Boiler Upgrade, Polo Grounds Underground Steam Lines, Pomonok Gas Risers, NYCDEP Boiler Energy Assessment Study, Wards Island Settling System Upgrades, Port Richmond Boiler Upgrade Project, Wollman Rink, and the NYCHA Sandy Improvements Project.
Currently, Mr. Schlessingerman is a Director of Special Inspections for SOCOTEC, managing special inspection services for large projects such as NYCHA Boiler Program, Hudson Yards, Penn Plaza, NYCDEP Projects, various new major buildings, major rehabilitation, and other large projects.

Responsible for the management of a multi-million-dollar special inspection contract. Servicing as Project Director, DnA has inspected hundreds of projects for NYCHA and successfully executed thousands of Permits. Projects include façade rehab, boiler plants, community centers, apartment rehabilitation, and grounds improvements for hundreds of buildings located city-wide for NYCHA Developments. Also responsible for community liaison work actively engaging NYCHA Section 3 requirements. - Hudson Yards, New York, NY
Responsible for providing Special Inspections and Testing Services for core, shell and tenant fit-outs of multiple Towers of the largest private real estate development (18M Sq. ft.) in New York since Rockefeller Center.
