About Anthony MCHALE
Anthony McHale is a Principal and Senior Managing Director at SOCOTEC and is based in the Metropolitan Washington D.C. Area. Mr. McHale has over 25 years of experience in the Engineering, Development and Construction Industry. Over the span of his career, he has personally managed the construction of commercial, institutional, senior living, residential, religious, power and process projects. He also has extensive experience leading the scheduling efforts for site development, water treatment, wastewater, food manufacturing, process, educational, institutional, hospitality, performing arts, data center, pharmaceutical, mission critical, elevator modernization, multifamily residential and health care projects.
He has consulted on schedules, developed by others, for other projects including power, power transmission, pipeline, petrochemical, rail, bridges, and hydroelectric. His scheduling expertise includes permitting and pre-development, conceptual and detailed design, pre-construction/proposal, construction, commissioning and start-up. He has been certified by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering as a Planning and Scheduling Professional. Mr. McHale has also been qualified as a CPM scheduling expert and testifies in matters related to construction scheduling and delay.
