SOCOTEC provided comprehensive analysis, expert testimony, and trial graphics for a multi-million-dollar case involving termination disputes, change orders, project delays, and complex productivity issues. Our client asserted claims for wrongful termination, schedule delays, productivity impacts, and substantial scope increases. The owner’s eight-figure counterclaim included delays and increased costs to complete the work following termination.
SOCOTEC's schedule analysis demonstrated that our client was wrongfully terminated, resulting in an award of over $25 million in claimed damages, interest, and attorney’s fees. The owner’s counterclaim was entirely overturned, and they received no compensation.
The matter was held in international arbitration. SOCOTEC's team was led by Bradford Bright, Al Nagorzanski, Ken Monson, and April Parrish.
Congratulations to our hardworking team for delivering an exemplary and excellent outcome for the client.
