About Courtney PIGOTT

Ms. Pigott has over 18 years of consulting experience in construction and contract disputes. In this time, Ms. Pigott has consulted with counsel and clients, including owners, contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers, on various matters including schedule impacts, productivity loss, change order work, cost overruns, defective work, trade coordination, disruptions, and terminations.

Ms. Pigott has performed analyses such as evaluation of bids and contracts, design drawing estimates, cost audits, evaluation of change orders, critical path schedule analyses, and report preparation, among others, for a variety of projects including pipelines, industrial and O/G facilities, airports, hospitals, stadiums, light rails, hotels, and condominiums. Ms. Pigott has a demonstrated ability to work with clients to quickly and efficiently evaluate project needs and produce concise and effective work product to communicate findings. 

Prior to joining Veritas, Ms. Pigott held the position of Project Engineer for FCI Construction in Austin, Texas where she was responsible for overseeing the construction of the Austin Community College Health Sciences Center.
